We regularly clear large, damp, or rusted outdoor storage containers on industrial estates and farms.
We charge based on the volume of waste—how much space it takes up in our 15-cubic-yard trucks. Our prices start at £100 + VAT (£120) for a small 1/8 load. A half load (8 cubic yards, including 30 minutes of labor) is £290 + VAT (£348), and a full truckload (15 cubic yards, including 60 minutes of labor) is £550 + VAT (£660). We have increments in between to ensure you only pay for the exact space you use. (Note: Heavy items like tools or dense archives may be charged by weight).
Do I need to be at the storage facility?
Not necessarily. If you can grant us access by leaving a key, padlock code, or notifying the facility reception, we can clear the unit without you needing to take time off work. We will send you photos of the empty unit once finished.
The facility has long corridors and a small lift. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We are very experienced in navigating modern storage facilities. We bring our own heavy-duty trolleys to safely and efficiently transport your items from the unit to our trucks in the loading bay.
Can you just take a few large items and leave the boxes?
Yes, we offer partial clearances. Just clearly separate or label the items you want us to remove, and we will leave the rest of your belongings untouched.
