How household jobs work
One photo, one fixed price, all the lifting
There is no per-item charge and no hourly rate. A job is priced by how much of the lorry it fills, so a single mattress and a single armchair cost the same quarter load. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you get a fixed price back — usually inside the hour — which does not move on the day unless you add to the pile.
You never lift anything. Our crews carry it out from wherever it is sitting: the second-floor flat, the back garden, the loft, the garage. That is the part people are usually surprised by, and it is the reason most of our older customers call us rather than waiting weeks for a council uplift they still have to drag to the kerb themselves.

Smaller jobs start at £100 + VAT for a 1/8 load — these four are the sizes we are asked for most.

Heavy waste like soil and rubble is charged by weight at £149 per tonne (25 rubble sacks = 1 tonne). Heavy mixed waste loads incur a £250 supplement, and extra crew time is £50 + VAT per half hour. Full load-by-load list on the prices page.
