Heavy waste like soil and rubble is charged by weight at £149 per tonne (25 rubble sacks = 1 tonne). Heavy mixed waste loads incur a £250 supplement, and extra crew time is £50 + VAT per half hour. Full load-by-load list on the prices page.

Student flat clearance in Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond
End-of-term clear-outs are their own particular chaos, and we plan for them. Every June and August we run extra crews around Glasgow's West End, Edinburgh's Marchmont and Newington, Dundee and St Andrews, clearing shared flats to the day the tenancy ends. Tenement stairs, no lift and a mattress on the third floor is normal work for us, and the price is fixed from a photo so four flatmates can split it before anyone commits.
Most check-out disputes come down to items left behind, so we clear everything and leave the flat broom-swept for the inventory. Usable furniture, kitchenware and clothing are offered for re-use or donated first, and the rest is recycled at licensed facilities under our SEPA registration (WCR/R/3002381), with a duty of care (your legal responsibility for waste you produce) transfer note if your landlord or agent asks for one.
