About this service
Probate house clearance in Scotland, handled with care
A probate or bereavement clearance is as much about people as possessions. We work gently and without rushing — sifting carefully for money, documents, jewellery, photographs and anything of sentimental value, and returning it to the family before anything else is touched. Whether we're instructed by the family, an executor or a solicitor, we keep you informed at every step.
Usable furniture and belongings are offered for re-use or donated to charity wherever possible, and the rest is recycled responsibly under our SEPA registration (WCR/R/3002381) with a duty of care (your legal responsibility for waste you produce) transfer note. We work to whatever timescale probate and the sale require. Talk to us in confidence and we'll take it from there.
