Man & Van Rubbish Removal in Scotland
A two-man crew and a caged lorry, out to you across Scotland, doing all the lifting and loading — the classic man-and-van job done by a licensed carrier rather than someone with a Transit and no paperwork.

Scotland’s junk
Same idea, done legitimately
Man-and-van rubbish removal is the simplest service there is: someone turns up, loads your stuff and takes it away. The difference is what happens next. We are SEPA registered, so your waste goes to a licensed facility and you get a transfer note — rather than being fly-tipped down a country lane with your address still on the boxes.
- We load, you pointAll the lifting and carrying included in the price.
- Licensed, not a TransitSEPA registered carrier WCR/R/3002381, paperwork every job.
- Same day where we canMessage in the morning, gone by the afternoon.

About this service
How to tell a licensed man and van from a fly-tipper
Anyone can put a lorry on Facebook Marketplace and offer to take your rubbish. What they cannot do without a licence is legally carry it, and if your waste turns up dumped in a lay-by, the fine follows the waste back to you — not to them. Under duty of care (your legal responsibility for waste you produce) the responsibility is yours to check who you hand it to, and a cheap cash job is exactly how people end up with a fixed penalty and a letter from the council.
Checking takes a minute. Ask for the SEPA carrier registration number, and search it on the Scottish Environment Protection Agency's public register. Ours is WCR/R/3002381, we have been trading since 2010, and every job comes with a waste transfer note whether you ask for one or not.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Yes, that is the whole point of the service. You show us what is going and the crew carries it out — you never lift anything.
Search our registration, WCR/R/3002381, on SEPA's public register of waste carriers. Always do this with any man-and-van firm before you hand over waste.
Yes, potentially. Duty of care means you must check who you give waste to, and fines have been issued to householders whose rubbish was traced back to them from a fly-tip.
Usually, once you add fuel, your time, the tip charges and the fact that most council sites now turn away van loads and trade waste.
From £160 + VAT for a quarter load up to £550 + VAT for a full lorry. Send a photo and we will fix the price before we set off.
