Scotland’s junk
Premises handed back, the file properly evidenced
Insolvency clearance is a deadline job with a paper trail. There is usually a landlord counting days, assets that have to be identified before anything moves, and a file that has to show what was there and where it went. We work to all three.
- Inventoried and photographedA record of what was on site before a single item is loaded.
- Lease-deadline drivenBooked against the date the premises must be handed back.
- Documented disposalDuty-of-care notes on every load under WCR/R/3002381.

About this service
Insolvency and liquidation clearance across Scotland
When a business fails, the premises usually have to be handed back faster than anyone would like. Rent accrues as an expense of the administration while the lease runs, so every day the unit sits full is money off what creditors eventually receive. That is why insolvency clearance is almost always a deadline job.
We clear offices, shops, workshops, warehouses and factories for liquidators, administrators and trustees across Scotland. Before anything is moved we photograph and inventory what is on site, because the appointment file has to show what was there — and because the difference between company assets, hire-purchase goods and a landlord's fixtures is not ours to guess. Anything flagged as an asset stays put until the practitioner releases it.
Disposal is documented throughout under our SEPA registration (WCR/R/3002381), with duty-of-care transfer notes for the file and IT handled under WEEE (anything with a plug or a battery) rules. Where records need destroying rather than disposing, our confidential waste service issues a certificate of destruction. We are not valuers or auctioneers — we clear what is left once the realisable assets have gone, and we work alongside whoever handled the sale.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Yes — that is the normal shape of this work. Tell us the hand-back date and we resource the job to hit it, including weekends and nights where the deadline is tight.
Yes, as standard. The site is photographed and inventoried before anything is loaded, and the record is supplied for the appointment file at no extra cost.
They stay exactly where they are. We clear only what the appointed practitioner releases to us, and anything flagged is left untouched and recorded.
Yes. Paper records and data-bearing IT go through our confidential waste and IT disposal service with a certificate of destruction.
No. We are a clearance contractor, not valuers or auctioneers. We clear what remains after the realisable assets have been sold, and we work alongside whoever ran that sale.
