Smaller jobs start at £100 + VAT for a 1/8 load — these four are the sizes we are asked for most.

Heavy waste like soil and rubble is charged by weight at £149 per tonne (25 rubble sacks = 1 tonne). Heavy mixed waste loads incur a £250 supplement, and extra crew time is £50 + VAT per half hour. Full load-by-load list on the prices page.

A collapsing shed or a crumbling concrete garage is an eyesore and a hazard. We clear the contents, dismantle the structure safely and haul everything away across Scotland — timber, concrete sections, metal and base rubble — in a single visit.
Materials are sorted and recycled wherever possible, and every job is covered by our SEPA registration (WCR/R/3002381) with a duty of care (your legal responsibility for waste you produce) transfer note. Note: we do not handle asbestos — if a roof looks like asbestos, we'll point you to a licensed specialist.
